Congratulations, on your recent adoption!  We sincerely hope that you and your new pet have a long and healthy life together.  We at Cheek to Cheek Hospital For Animals invite you to schedule an appointment, within 7 days of adoption, for a Free Physical Exam and Consultation.  We want you to understand the complete health care needs of your new family member.  A physical Exam and Consultation is a $50.00 value but we are offering this to you for Free as way of thanking you for adopting a pet in need of a home.  We want you to be a well-educated "pet parent" and if you like our hospital and staff we would appreciate the opportunity to be your "Veterinary Home".
